LifeCare Health Services, LLC

An organization established in 1994, and the recently established Lifecare Value Network, LLC, together "The LifeCare Companies" are wholly owned by the founding hospitals' members and were established to create synergy and an innovative approach to the delivery of healthcare. Our founding hospitals are:

Meegan Carter

Vice President of Operations

Meegan Carter is the Vice President of Operations at LifeCare Health Services, LLC in Oklahoma City, OK.
LifeCare is an alliance of independent, not-for-profit hospitals, committed to collaboration and cost reductions through shared services. LifeCare providers work together collectively across the state in various value-based programs to improve population health. In her role, Meegan works closely with LifeCare hospitals and providers to find opportunities to decrease healthcare costs and improve quality for their patients and communities.

Meegan has more than thirty years' experience in health care administration and management both for providers and payers. Prior to Lifecare, Meegan spent over 16 years at Norman Regional Health System (a LifeCare member) where she led initiatives related to population health and transition to value-based reimbursement, with responsibility for managed care, revenue cycle, clinics and ambulatory service line operations. Before Norman, Meegan spent 6 years working as LifeCare’s Managed Care Consultant negotiating payer contracts and strategy for VHA OK/AR.  Meegan started her healthcare career at BlueCross Blue Shield of OK/BlueLincs HMO.

Meegan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. in Finance. She is a long-time member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), previously having held Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Fellow of HFMA (FHFMA) designations, as well as serving as Membership Chair and Director for the OK Chapter. She is also a founding member of the OK Hospital Managed Care Association. Meegan served on the Cleveland County Salvation Army Advisory Council for 13 years, 8 of those as Chair.

Sr. Director Lifecare Accreditation

Lifecare Accreditation Services is led by Jenny Manderino, RN, MSN.  Jenny is responsible for delivering Accreditation and Regulatory Service consultingfor hospitals and healthcare systems of all sizes, ambulatory care organizations, behavioral health facilities and critical access hospitals.

Tiffany Moody

Director Poplulation Health Management

Tiffany Moody, MBA, MSSW, LCSW, CCM is the Director of Population Health for Lifecare Health Services, LLC. She is responsible for the development and ongoing review of the system-wide Clinically Integrated Network, and provides leadership and direction to the Board in order to achieve improved access to care, better patient outcomes, and lower costs.

Prior to joining Lifecare in 2022, Tiffany spent 17 years working in hospital systems and managed care organizations; focusing on operations management, patient outcomes, and quality improvement. Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager. She holds a B.S. from Texas Christian University, a M.S. from University of Texas Arlington, and a MBA from Dallas Baptist University. She has a passion for health care administration and believes that value-based care is the future of sustainable health care.
