Please watch the 10-minute LifeCare ACO Medicare Compliance education video and notify your local ACO Champion of completion by Dec. 31, 2020. Alternatively you may emailthe ACO compliance officer.
CMS requires provider networks, like LifeCare, to ensure all providers who participate in Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage program complete compliance training annually. The compliance education video will be updated annually by June 30.
ACO’s are required to report possible violations to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Issues and concerns may be reported to the ACO compliance officer, anonymously, or via your local hospital organization compliance hotline.
